Garfield Park Conservatory: Free Introductory Tour
After a violent hailstorm destroyed much of the West Side greenhouse in 2011, rooms are once again officially open for tours every Sunday at 2pm. With a trained guide at your side, roam around the Fern Room, Aroid House and Horticulture Hall for glimpses at palms, cacti, koi ponds and lagoons. On-site registration begins at 1pm.
