Tuesdays free for Illinois residents.Visit the MCA regularly for one year, and you will be enthralled, puzzled and infuriated; if you attend the First Fridays parties, you will also be hit on. The museum balances art-star showcases, blue-chip blockbusters and hometown pride in its UBS 12 x 12 series, which highlights a different Chicago artist each month.
