John and Billy make a movie (and need your help)
Musician and director Billy Bungeroth (South Side of Heaven, Absolute Best Friggin' Time of Your Life) and comedian John Hartman (Your Friends and Enemies, 1, 2, 3...Fag!) have written a script (a comedy-drama, but don't call it a dramedy) and are turning it into a Chicago-shot, feature-length film. Would you believe they need some bucks to do this?
They've put together an impressive impromptu fundraiser happening Monday, July 25 at 8pm at the Annoyance with a stellar lineup of local talent that includes solo work from Tim Robinson (Cook County Social Club, Second City Mainstage), improv featuring local all stars TJ Jagodowski Tim Baltz, Brendan Jennings, Tim Mason, Sam Richardson, Mary Sohn, Andy St. Clair, Emily Wilson and Susan Messing with monologist Greg Hollimon (Strangers with Candy) and performances from both Bungeroth and Hartman.
They're also promising an "emotional" garage sale jammed with trinkets and baubles with sentimental value. All this for only $12. Seriously, a better Monday you could not ask for.

It's okay to be a show-off.
