Koechner if you can He’s Todd Packer on The Office, Champ in Anchorman (and Anchorman 2 when it finally happens) and at one time was a formidable fixture in the city’s improv scene at both Second City and iO. But is David Koechner any good at stand-up? We’ll find out when he headlines the Laugh Factory Thursday 24–Sunday 27.
