Special discounts available for Joffrey's 2012 Nutcracker

The Nutcracker
It’s Christmas in July, as the Joffrey offers discounts in celebration of the company’s 25th anniversary of the holiday favorite The Nutcracker.
On July 25, from 7am–7pm, dance patrons can take advantage of a special one-day sale that knocks 50 percent off all regularly priced Nut tickets and related merchandise. The Joffrey Academy of Dance will also offer $5 off all drop-in rates for fitness classes, including Pilates and Keep Fit Ballet. An offer like this for the über-popular ballet doesn’t come along all that often. Restricitons apply for prime-time performances, but the majority of shows are for the taking.
Discounted tickets can be purchased in a few ways: in person via the lobby of Joffrey Tower (10 E Randolph St) or the Auditorium Theatre Box Office (50 E Congress Pkwy), by phone (800-982-2787) and online (ticketmaster.com, discount code: CIJ). For merchandise purchases, visit joffreystore.org.
The Nutcracker 2012 engagement at the Auditorium Theatre includes 21 performances from December 7–27.
