The traveling display—a collaboration between the Museo de Arte de Puerto Rico and the Smithsonian—skims the surface of the great Pittsburgh Pirates right fielder’s life, prizing emotional rhetoric over detailed descriptions of Clemente’s notable charity work. It’s still worth stopping by the sparkling space, a lovingly rehabbed fire station at the northern tip of Logan Square.
