Cubs or Sox?
Call me a blasphemer, but I’m a Cubs fan who occasionally goes down to Sox Park.
Richard J. or Richard M.?
In most elections, I voted against him. But I respect what he’s done.
Van Roth or Van Hagar?
Ask me about Mozart versus Bach.
Beer or wine?
I’m torn. There’s that wonderful A.E. Housman line about beer: “Malt does more than Milton can, to justify God’s ways to man.” Then there’s the counterargument by Pascal: “Too little wine, man cannot find truth. Too much wine, same result.”
