Team StarKid, the Chicago-based Internet sensation that gained a cult following while its members were still University of Michigan undergrads, is announcing a national concert tour for the month of November that it's calling The SPACE Tour (StarKid Precarious Auditory Concert Experience). The group's known for its musical-theater parodies of Harry Potter and other pop-cult phenomena that became viral hits when posted to YouTube; we profiled StarKid in February, when the group premiered its latest show, Starship, at the Center on Halsted.

The tour will feature StarKid members Jaime Lyn Beatty, Brian Holden, Lauren Lopez, Joey Richter, Dylan Saunders, Meredith Stepien and Joseph Walker performing favorites from A Very Potter Musical, A Very Potter Sequel, Me and My Dick and Starship. It kicks off November 4 in Ann Arbor and wraps up November 26 in New York City, the latter the only stop where the group will be joined by its most famous member, Glee star  Darren Criss. The Chicago engagement is November 8 at the Bottom Lounge. The complete schedule is after the jump; tickets for most dates go on sale via Ticketmaster.com Saturday 8 at 10am Eastern/9am Central, but Chicago tickets will be sold through Ticketfly.com.
