It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas Meredith Willson (The Music Man) continued his obsessive exploration of the theme of the lovable con artist with this 1963 musical version of Miracle on 34th Street. Celebrate the Holidays with Marlene Despite (or maybe because of) her languid German version of “Little Drummer Boy,” we’ve never thought of Marlene Dietrich as a holiday icon.
