We can't believe it either—the ninth edition of the Lollapalooza summer music festival in Grant Park is nearly upon us. Last year, dubstep and massive thunderstorms tore through the festival. The outlook is a little more tranquil this year, with neo-folk acts Mumford & Sons and the Lumineers, and breezy pop from Phoenix, the Killers and the Postal Service atop the bill.
