The third annual Chicago Bluegrass and Blues Festival seemed to go without a hitch, until Sunday night that is, when the legendary Skatalites were forced to cancel a headlining appearance. Quickly, they were replaced by Chicago's own Roots Rockers Club and Dominica's De Hurricane reggae band. The marquee change didn't seem to dampen the vibe, the club even allowed ticket holders to bring a guest if they liked.
