Graham Elliot Bowles announces culinary lineup for Lollapalooza
Lollapalooza’s first culinary director, Graham Elliot Bowles, taps some of the best from Chicago's energetic dining scene for "a culinary lineup to match its hyped headlining musical acts," according to today's press release. Bowles, who famously served lobster corn dogs at last year's fest alongside offerings from the more rockin' foodies in town, dropped the names of his all-star lineup today, and it's already got me drooling on the iMac. Throw your menu requests/suggestions/ideas in the comments, if you like.
Bowles Lolla lineup includes:
Bleeding Heart Bakery
Elate at The Hotel Felix
Franks 'N' Dawgs
Hoosier Mama Pie Company
The Metropolis Café
Rockit Bar and Grill
The Smoke Daddy Rhythm and Bar B Que
Trotter's to Go
The food court will also serve fan favorites from past festivals—hopefully not that veggie burrito that made me sick in 2008.
The full list of food vendors at Lollapalooza 2010 will be available at lollapalooza.com starting Tuesday, June 22.
