Smith Westerns at Schubas: Photo gallery
Glammy-trash-pop-glitter-rockers the Smith Westerns are one of my favorite young Chicago bands right now, but bad karma caught up with me this weekend as I got sick just in time to miss their gig at Schubas. Curse you microbes! Lucky for us, the impossibly young band, which seems to be perpetually on tour, will be back this summer for the Pitchfork fest—for now, we can enjoy some great snaps from the gig and give the band's debut album another spin on the ol' laptoptrola.
