Thursday
FREE Bittersweet
Late Bar. 10pm. Late Bar fixture DJ Peroxide spins romantically melancholy rock tunes, goth, shoegaze and alternative.
FREE Elementary Thursdays
Empire Liquors. 10pm. Shon Dervis and DJ Rude One take over the gothic confines of Empire Liquors with underground hip-hop, funk and soul programming.
FREE Soulicious Thursdays
Funky Buddha Lounge. 10pm. Mark Fullaflava takes over the intimate confines of Buddha to groove the night away with a mix of neosoul, hip-hop, house, disco and Afrobeat.
Technique
Neo. 10pm; $5. Neo helps you dance into the wee hours with a night chock-full of industrial, new wave and electro. Former Atomic resident DJ Kamar runs the show with special guests and themes weekly.
Friday
FREE Bonny’s Fridays
Bonny’s. 10pm. Head to Bonny’s for dance-floor-certified beats with DJs Pr3Frosh, Huggies Supreme and Johnny Walker. These boys do everything from hip-hop to dusty soul, so you can look forward to a mixed bag.
* Epic Too
The Shrine. 10pm; $20. South Side haunt the Shrine splits up its musical offerings on Fridays with DJ Protege channelling Salsoul’s heyday with Latin music, island flavors and hip-hop.
* FREE Major Taylor
Simone’s. 10pm. Ralph Darden (Major Taylor) has more residencies than we can count on one hand. He plays a people-pleasing brand of R&B, pop, rock, reggae and hip-hop.
* Show Me Love
Hearts. 10pm; $20. Versatile club jocks DJ Flash, Horacio and Sye Young set up shop on Friday nights, dropping club tunes that go from low-slung hip-hop to pumping electro and techno.
Saturday
Dance Factory
Sound-Bar. 10pm; $20, before midnight $10 with R.S.V.P. through sound-bar.com. Too Kool Chris of FM dance-radio fame heads things up at this energetic Euro-tinged house night.
Helter Skelter
Neo. 10pm; $5. Head to Neo for a hellishly good time on Saturdays as resident DJ Jeff Moyer spins a heavy-hitting mix of electro, retro, industrial, new wave and goth.
* FREE DJ LA*Jesus
694 Wine & Spirits. 10pm. Holier-than-thou DJ LA*Jesus mixes up everything from forgotten and legitimately fantastic gems to, well, Jem.
Rise Saturdays
Spy Bar. 10pm; $10, free before 1am with R.S.V.P. at clubtix.com. Spy Bar dedicates Saturday nights to its residents with staples Bam Bam, Kalendr and Inphinity occupying the booth on the regular.
Sunday
FREE Everyone’s a DJ
Empty Bottle. 10pm. Presenting a new music jock weekly, Empty Bottle showcases and helps boost the profiles of local aficionados who think they have what it takes to be a DJ.

Empire Liquors. 9pm. Kick back and appreciate the finer things in life: fashion, art, music and the things that make the nightlife industry go round with DJ Esquire and his counterpart Vic Lloyd.
Monday
FREE Analog Pop
Rodan. 10pm. Rolan Vega and cohorts take over the bite-size bar and lounge every week for a company board meeting. On the agenda are arty flicks, monosynths, 808s and Champagne.
Hot Grits
Hideout. 9pm; $2. DJ Jacob Ross has got a penchant for reggae, but on these nights he adds nuggets from his prodigious collection of funk, soul and Afro to the soundtrack.
Industry Night
The Mid. 10pm; $10, free with R.S.V.P. at clubtix.net. Keeping things intimate, DJs Jordan V and Danny Boy ensure a rough Tuesday morning with an all-night mix of hard house, electro and dance remixes.
Tuesday
FREE The Deep End
Morseland. 10pm. Moody, atmospheric, sexy…deep. That’s what’s on the minds of GeeCee, Borja, Whoa-B and Slevin when they spin house, techno, chill-out and bass music.
FREE Dirt
Debonair Social Club. 10pm. Tuesdays at Deb are dedicated to downright dirty rock & roll, punk and hardcore spun by the Unholy Empire DJs.
FREE RESISTANCE
Cobra Lounge. 10pm. Providing a contrast to the glitz of the downtown club scene, Eddie Riot and Le Sprite team up for trips to the dark side, of Italo, house and techno, that is.
Wednesday
FREE Fav Wednesdays
Funky Buddha Lounge. 10pm. Spinning his expansive mix of hip-hop, R&B, Top 40, house, reggae and throwback classics, resident record spinner DJ 33 1/3 mans the decks for this weekly.
FREE Runaway Wednesdays
Juniors Sports Bar. 9pm. Representing in Pilsen with a mix of house, juke and ghetto tech, DJs P. Roq, Molly Bass, Mr. Bobby and Dice drop beats here.
Signature Wednesdays
Crescendo. 11pm; $20, ladies free and guys half price before 1am with R.S.V.P. at clubcrescendo.com. Crescendo offers itself up to help you get ready for the weekend mayhem with DJ sets from Gus Karas and Gordo, who spin house, mash-ups and hip-hop.
