2011 was a massive year for dance music in case you didn't know. Among the emerging stars in the new club order was Rusko, the U.K. dubstep slinger. New Year's Eve, he held court at the Congress with genre-bending London dance slingers Switch and Sinden. Kids that love up to the minute beats knew where to make the scene, naturally. TOC was there to capture the dance magic.
