Without a Hitch Just two years ago, TOC was writing about gypsy-turned-diva Neon Hitch as Lollapalooza’s most promising underdog—one to watch, because she has the chops and the style to break out like Gaga did. While she’s not there yet, the pop-dance pipes on this girl are still showing as much potential as they ever have, and her glossy live set at enclave Saturday 8 is a big step in the right direction.
