Paul Simon at Rosemont Theatre | Photo gallery
Paul Simon is one of those confounding artists who for some is a restless talent capable of the subtle, breakthrough album that defines a moment in history (Graceland) and to others a '60s folk-pop relic who subsists as comfort food to a once rebellious generation. I'm not taking sides right now, but I will say that he never seems to get stuck in a rut, for better or for worse—and So Beautiful Or So What is full of surprises. This weekend, he simonized the masses at Rosemont Theatre, a very pleasant venue for a pleasant evening.
