First look | GT Fish & Oyster
This week, Rob Katz and Kevin Boehm—the duo behind Boka, Landmark, Perennial (or, rather, what will soon be Perennial Virant) and Girl & the Goat—add a fifth restaurant to their stable: GT Fish & Oyster. (GT stands for the chef, Giuseppe Tentori; Fish & Oyster to what Tentori will be cooking.) In our Februrary 28th issue, Katz and Boehm gave Julia Kramer an unfiltered look at the process of opening the restaurant, and yesterday they gave photographer Simon Brubaker a similar opportunity, letting him come in and snap the first photos of the nautical-inspired interior. Take a long, hard look while you can—this is the last time you'll see the space without it being packed with people.
