Tickets to Taste of the Nation—the chef-packed fundraiser for Share Our Strength happening at the Navy Pier Ballroom on August 10th—costs $95 (presale, non-VIP).

Mini naan-wiches, sold from gaztro-wagon on select days starting Monday until August 10, cost $5.

Both could get you admission to the party.

Here's how: This Monday gaztro-wagon kicks off Taste of the Nation's Chef Ride-a-Long. On ten select days through August 10, city chefs will ride in the gaztro-wagon, selling Matt Maroni's naan-wiches as well as a dish of their own creation. Each purchase will come with a raffle ticket, and at the end of each day one ticket holder will be named the winner of a ticket to Taste of the Nation.

Except, that is, on Monday, when eight winners will be named. That means that, for your best odds, you should seek out gaztro-aagon at La Colombe (955 W Randolph St) from 5-8pm with guest chef Jared Van Camp and the Flirty cupcakes truck.

Can't make it on Monday? Here are some of the other dates/chefs (chefs will ride with the truck during lunch hours):

July 22: Paul Virant (Vie, Perennial Virant)

July 29: Greg Biggers (Cafe des Architectes)

August 2: Giuseppe Tentori (Boka, GT Fish & Oyster)

August 5: Mark Steuer (The Bedford)

A complete schedule will be posted on Taste of the Nation's blog and gaztro-wagon's website. Track the location of the naan-wiches—and raffle tickets—on Twitter.
