Sarah Grueneberg, Heather Terhune, Chuy Valencia and more to appear on Top Chef Season 9: Texas

As initially rumored by Eater, Sable Kitchen & Bar chef Heather Terhune is going to be the next Chicagoan to appear on Top Chef. But as not rumored by Eater, so are Sarah Grueneberg, the chef de cuisine of Spiaggia, Chuy Valencia, the chef-owner of Chilam Balam, Beverly Kim of Aria and Richie Farina and Chris Jones of Moto. If six Chicago contestants seems too good to be true, that's because it is: For this particular season of Top Chef, which premieres November 2, 29 hopefuls will be narrowed down to 16 contestants. Check out the six Chicago chefs' audition videos for your best guess which one (ones?) will make it onto the ninth season. Spoiler alert: Valencia's is aMAZing.
