Butcher & the Burger If butcher shops are a trend (they are), and burger shops are also a trend (what, you thought that one died?), then chef Allen Sternweiler’s new venture may just be the trendiest restaurant on Earth. At B&TB, customers design their own burgers, choosing among several buns, patties, spice mixes and toppings. The spot is also a butcher shop that sells a plethora of local meats and offers classes on the art of trendiness/butchery. 1021 W Armitage Ave (773-697-3757).
