Seven new restaurants on Randolph Street
Restaurant Row continues its expansion this summer and fall.

Belly Q 1400 W Randolph St After closing one sixtyblue, Cornerstone Restaurant Group (Wave, Michael Jordan’s Steak House) teams up with chef Bill Kim (Belly Shack, Urbanbelly) for this Asian barbecue spot. On the menu: tea-smoked duck and a yuzu-lemongrass mojito. ETA Mid-summer

City Winery 1200 W Randolph St (312-733-9463) An offshoot of New York’s City Winery, this location’s 33,000 square feet houses a 250-seat restaurant and bar, a 325-seat performance venue, a 5,000-square-foot courtyard and a fully operational winery. Grapes sourced from vineyards in California, Oregon, Washington, Argentina and Chile produce house vinos dispensed via 15 tap lines. ETA August 1

Grange Hall Burger Bar 844 W Randolph St (312-491-0844) This country-chic joint offers build-your-own burgers, hearty specials, seasonal pies and a cheerful wait staff dolled up in gingham. OPENED 2011

Little Goat 820 W Randolph St Don’t dwell too much on the word little: Stephanie Izard’s follow-up to Girl & the Goat is in the 7,000-square-foot Red Light space. In addition to serving Izard’s take on classic diner dishes, it’ll have a bread-baking operation and a private-dining space. ETA September

G.E.B. 841 W Randolph St Restaurateur Joe Bastianich told fellow MasterChef judge Graham Elliot not to open a burger place. Instead Elliot (graham elliot, grahamwich) is doing a bistro, with dishes less than $20 and a church-inspired design with, for one, mock saint candles honoring chefs and musicians. Equating chefs to saints? Only Elliot would have the balls. ETA Early June
