City Porch The team behind America’s Dog wants to up the ante at Navy Pier, so at this seasonal pop-up (open through October) it’s putting lobster in the mac and cheese, and truffle oil on the housemade tater tots. To take it one step further, every month brings an entirely separate menu by a well-known chef. First up: Sable Kitchen’s Heather Terhune. 800 E Grand Ave (312-595-5560).
