The Raffaello Hotel opens a rooftop terrace bar.

Drumbar For the bar on its 18th-floor terrace, the Raffaello Hotel has brought on nightlife vet Benjamin Newby, who’ll introduce “tableside mixology,” his take on bottle service he developed during his five years at the Underground. Less clubby features: small plates from the hotel’s Pelago restaurant and views of the Hancock. 201 E Delaware Pl (312-924-2531).
