Pecking Order Kristine Subido left her job as the chef at the W Chicago Lakeshore to open this chicken shack, where she’ll roast, fry, grill and sandwich birds that have been marinated in a family recipe of sugar, tamari (a soy sauce), garlic and bay leaf. 4416 N Clark St (773-907-9900).
