Michael and Patrick Sheerin open a restaurant of brotherly love.

Trenchermen Chicago-bred brothers Michael and Patrick Sheerin (Blackbird and the Signature Room, respectively) teamed up with restaurateurs Kevin Heisner and Matt Eisler for their new restaurant, which they say will be simultaneously formal and casual. With dishes like bacon-cured sweetbreads with black garlic and lime carrots, we’re going to assume the “casual” part is the atmosphere. 2039 W North Ave (773-661-1540).
