The list at Nellcôte’s wine-bar sister ranges from $8 glasses to hard-to-come-by $1,500 magnums, and the menu of treats (petit fours, macarons) comes from pastry chef Nate Meads. There’s a stunning patio and, on select occasions, RM’s sommelier, Jason Wagner, will be sabering Champagne bottles with a sword.
