bellyQ unveils its menu
bellyQ has given every indication that it'd like to keep its menu shrouded in secrecy until...well, the end of time, really. But after officially opening last night, that probably seemed like a lost cause. So today, bellyQ's menu is live on its website. As promised, it's full of Asian-tinged barbecue like tea-smoked pork steak with shallots, sun-dried tomatoes and steamed buns; grilled, spicy lemongrass chicken with jasmine rice; and a double-smoked bacon-and-kimchi pancake served with black vinegar sesame-soy sauce. Also on the menu: appetizers like Thai-style fried chicken, a lentil soup, salads, and fruit-ice desserts. We could tell you more but, eh, screw it—here's the menu for you to look at yourself:
