Thomas Elliott Bowman and Ben Roche, both alumni of Homaro Cantu restaurants, are going for “internationally inspired modern cuisine” at this River North spot. The word modern might suggest they’ll be serving Moto-like “food experiments,” but really they’re serving burrata and grilled octopus. 351 W Hubbard St (312-321-0351).
