Sable launches Spanish-style gin and tonic menu
When Sable bartender Mike Ryan visited Madrid this spring, he fell for the gin and tonics. If that's surprising, here's why—in Spain, bartenders pay attention to which gins they use with which tonics, and add thoughtful garnishes and thick ice cubes, and serve the drink in goblets.
