Four Chicago institutions—Ina Pinkney, Paul Fehribach, Hoosier Mama and Hot Doug's—are hitting the bookshelves.
It’s not quite holiday gift-buying time yet, but it’s totally the “I’m really buying this for myself but can plausibly claim I’m saving it for a gift” time of the year. Luckily for cookbook lovers, those Food Network types don’t have the entire bookshelf of new releases sewn up this year. A whole host of cookbooks from Chicago-based chefs are new this fall and winter. Here are our favorites.
