City Provisions Deli At this locally minded, sustainable-foods deli, chef Cleetus Friedman is joining forces with Province’s Randy Zweiban for an Earth Day cocktail party, featuring local booze and ingredients sourced from three local farms. The chefs will offer their own takes on food from each farm source, and the proceeds will go toward Chefs Collaborative, a national network of chefs aimed at bettering the sustainable-foods movement through education. 1818 W Wilson Ave (773-293-2489). Elate Located within the recently LEED-certified Hotel Felix, this ecofriendly modern American restaurant will serve an Earth Day “Treetini” ($5) all day. Made with eco-conscious Veev Açaí spirit, lime juice, simple syrup and J. Rogét Champagne, the Treetini cocktail is more than a drink—it’s also something of a seed: For each one sold, the Treetini Company will plant a tree. 111 W Huron St (312-202-9900).
