Average small plate: $9There are many reasons to live in Evanston, but unless you're in a Northwestern fraternity, nightlife likely isn't among them. The Cellar, with its slightly staid aesthetic, isn't going to change that, but it does fill a niche: It serves good food (such as salumi sandwiches and sake-steamed mussels, which come from the adjacent Stained Glass kitchen) at a reasonable price after 9pm.
