Though the vibe’s still sophisticated, you’ll find this seventh-floor, stunning lounge at the Park Hyatt feels more casual than before. It’s breezy, sexy and substantial (sushi and small plates abound), but it sure ain’t cheap, honey, so pack that Amex black. However, the views of Michigan Ave, food, and opportunities to people-watch are worth every penny.
