GT Fish & Oyster preview via food-truck

If the video documentation has piqued your interest in the new restaurant from the BOKA group (BOKA, Landmark, Perennial, Girl & the Goat), here's your chance to get a taste of what's to come from GT Fish & Oyster, the River North seafood spot named for chef-partner Giuseppe Tentori.

On Wednesday, December 8, Tentori will be behind the wheel of Matt Maroni's food truck (Gaztro-wagon), serving a combo of lobster-roll and clam-chowder for $12. The truck will be parked that day outside GT Fish & Oyster, which is slated to open in early 2011 in the former Tizi Melloul space at the corner of Wells and Grand.
