Graham Elliot Bowles: "I'm taking Grahamwich to hipsterville."

In this week's jangly Summer Preview issue, we stick a single question to some of the summer's biggest players. For Graham Elliot Bowles, who'll open Grahamwich sometime soon, that question was: "Grahamwich opens this summer—do you already have plans for more?" And what do you know? He does! Here's his answer:
"Of course, son; we don’t sleep till Brooklyn! Actually, [we’re] looking at doing something in hipsterville (Logan Square/Wicker Park/Bucktown) as well as something close to Millennium Park. After that, it’s off to the coasts."
Surprising? No. Exciting? Sure!
