Brunch on Exhibit at Terzo Piano

The Art Institute of Chicago’s newest masterpiece: the brunch menu at Terzo Piano (159 E Monroe St). Join Time Out Chicago at this exclusive preview event on Sunday, April 7, and be the first to experience the new menu showcasing fresh ingredients at their seasonal peak sourced from the best local farmers. Unlimited mimosas, Bloody Marys and micheladas are included with ticket purchase, and guests will also enjoy museum admission passes to view “Picasso and Chicago” following the meal. Brunch will be hosted by chef/partner Tony Mantuano.


Brunch will be served in three seatings: 10am, noon and 2pm.

To Start
Assorted breakfast breads, butter, jam and housemade preserves
Unlimited Mimosa, Bloody Mary, and Michelada Bar
 
First Course
Choice of:
Crespelle with, ricotta, and Blis maple syrup
Tortilla espanola with onions, potatoes and herb salad

Served with house cured bacon, housemade sausage, fruit compote with yogurt panna cotta or local grits
 
Second Course
Choice of:
Grilled bread, fried egg, Nduja, crispy kale and parmesan cheese
Waffle, banana caramel and whipped cream
Arugula salad, smoked trout, fingerling potatoes and picholine olives
Grilled lamb burger, harissa, creamy goat cheese, pickled onion, cucumber and jalapeno
