This Lincoln Square hot spot serves up consistently fresh fish and perfectly seasoned rice. Its salmon and white tuna rival the best places in town, though sometimes at prices to match. Seasonal small plates, like refreshing sesame-watermelon salad, can be as good as the sushi. Come late night, the techno turns up, but guests who can’t handle the din can book a tatami room, which seats up to eight. Half-price lunchtime maki may just be the best deal in town.
