Hand-cut your fries and grind your meat daily, and serve a Nutella shake so delicious you won’t mind it sitting uncomfortably in your gut for hours. We can excuse the cheesy quotes from Nietzsche, Schopenhauer and Confucius (doctored to include their thoughts on beef patties) scrawled on the walls when the burgers are this good: The Into the Bleu version—cooked medium-rare just as we asked and topped with generous smears of blue cheese, two strips of bacon, lettuce, onions and tomato—is a decadent, delicious mess.
