The folks behind Kim & Scott’s Gourmet Pretzels are behind this café, which accordingly specializes in all things pretzel. The soft, oversized bavarian-style pretzels come in flavors as innocent as whole wheat and criminal as cinnamon roll (which oozes a disturbing, cinnamon-scented goo), but they all taste like they came from the freezer aisle—which is, of course, where Kim & Scott’s products usually reside. Should you have a penchant for sandwiches on pretzels, though, you can find satisfaction, particularly with the veggie sandwich, which layers crisp cucumbers, et al., between a pretzel stuffed with cream cheese.
