This tiny, no-frills sushi café offers just that, slicing up fresh, meaty cuts of all the standards, including tasty salmon, fatty tuna, mackerel and yellowtail. Try the housemade pickles and the soy-sesame-ginger marinated, grilled baby octopus. If you’re into Americanized, the Chicago Spicy Crazy is the one to try.
