The sign outside reads “Cafe Corea” and the menu says “Korean Bistro,” but the owners say it’s called “Seoul Corea.” Confusing, but we don’t care what it’s called: This one-room, two-person show manages to turn out Korean fare that rivals bigger operations. Get your fix of capsaicin in every dish—from the beef, egg and vegetable combination of bibimbap to the haemool suntofu, a tofu and seafood stew. Don’t skip the quirky drinks such as shik hye, a sugary rice broth, and soo jeong gwa, a cinnamon punch.
