Cupcakes for Courage

The project of sister team Kathryn and Laura Pekarik, Cupcakes for Courage donates a portion of the proceeds from its namesake sweets to cancer research and the Ride Janie Ride Foundation. There are four “everyday” flavors: pink velvet, dark chocolate–chocolate, black and white (chocolate cake topped with vanilla buttercream) and vanilla on vanilla. If you ask us, we’d order one of the three more unusual flavors that rotate daily, especially if peanut butter–banana is around.
