Nothing’s better than kickin’ back at this spot with a potent pitcher of margaritas and baskets of thick chips and homemade salsa. If it weren’t for the big, fat Starbucks sign next door, you might even think you were in a roadside cantina in the Mexican outback. Think tender, flame-grilled steak fajitas, with piles of warm tortillas and a stack of limes; Baja-style beer-battered fish tacos, with tangy chipotle–sour cream sauce; and sides of firm black beans and chewy Mexican rice, peppered with little bits of veggies. After a few too many of those tasty margaritas or ice-cold Bohemias, that adjacent coffee chain might come in handy.
