The spelling change for this spin-off of Edwardo’s Natural Pizza is meant to distinguish it as a more sophisticated cousin to Edwardo’s much-loved spinach-stuffed pies. But the Neapolitan pizza bears little resemblance to the poofy-edged beauties of Naples, and the lineup of pasta includes a dry bolognese (yes, it’s possible) without a lick of salt. The highlight (and perhaps the only thing in the place that seems to have been given proper attention) is the wine list, which diners should gravitate to instead of the amateur cocktails. Better yet, skip the “sophistication” and grab an order of Edwardo’s deep-dish instead.
