theWit hotel’s swankiest restaurant has a dramatic ceiling mural portraying blue skies and apples hanging heavily on branches. Drink a few glasses of wine and you may be tipsy enough to reach for one of those apples—but it’s smarter to just focus on the food on the plate. Pastas are touted as dishes to be had between apps and entrees, but they’re the high point of a dinner here, so we recommend eating one as your main course. Or, even better, ordering two.
