This collaboration between Michael Kornick (mk) and David Morton (of the steakhouse clan) has great fries (fried in beef fat), shakes (made with Petersen’s ice cream) and sides (anchovy-draped Caesar salad). But the star of the show—the burger—is a little more controversial. Patties are cooked only “medium plus,” which means your burger might arrive more well-done than you're used to. If this scares you, stay away: DMK seems completely uninterested in ever cooking its burgers any other way.

Comments
I strongly disagree on the review of the burgers. I find them to be tender, moist and very tasty. If a softball sized chunk of meat on a bun is what you're after, go elsewhere. If you like something a little more manageable and healthy that doesn't skimp on taste and is still filling, check out DMK.
