For their second restaurant, Ciro Longobardo and chef Tony Priolo have gone simple and subtle, with trapanese—tender shellfish set in a spicy tomato broth—that’s impossible to stop eating and a roasted octopus that might be the most tender in the city. His meatballs and his pizzas are nothing special, but if it's special you're looking for, the gorgeous room and on-point service deliver.
