“Our goal has always been to make the best truffles you could possibly ever, ever have,” says Katherine Duncan, who’s added a retail storefront to her confection-making operation. In addition to truffles, caramels and marshmallows, the shop will make French-style hot chocolate. (Having Duncan add a chai-tea truffle to your hot chocolate is, technically, optional.) 2745 W Armitage Ave (773-727-3248).
