The new restaurant from the Melman kids focuses on barbecue, oysters, bourbon and country music—that’s Toby Keith, not Merle Haggard. You may not care for Keith’s music—or that of his overproduced pop-country cohorts, which are on constant rotation here—but don’t let that stop you from making a visit: The sparkling-fresh seafood platter (a crazy value at $28), sticky and luscious burnt ends (the standout of otherwise so-so barbecue), impeccable pies and Paul McGee’s cocktails are all worth it.
